Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Lunches by Lily through our website, social media, or direct message. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Orders & Cut-Off Times
Orders must be placed before the weekly cut-off time listed on our website. Meals are prepared fresh each week and menus may rotate based on seasonal ingredients and availability.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the following week's delivery or pickup.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Delivery
Delivery is available within selected Sydney suburbs. Delivery fees vary depending on location and will be displayed at checkout.
Lunches by Lily operates with two delivery days each week. Orders that include meals scheduled across both delivery days will incur an additional $6 split delivery fee. If all meals in the order are scheduled for the same delivery day, the additional split delivery fee will not apply.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery time. If no one is present, meals may be left in a safe location.
Once delivery has been completed, Lunches by Lily is not responsible for the storage conditions of the meals.
Pickup
Customers selecting pickup must collect their meals during the scheduled pickup window. Meals not collected during this time may not be available later.
Storage & Food Safety
All meals are prepared fresh and delivered chilled. Meals should be refrigerated below 5 degrees immediately upon receipt and consumed within the recommended timeframe listed on the packaging.
Customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery or pickup.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
While we take care in preparing our meals, our kitchen handles ingredients that may contain allergens including dairy, nuts, gluten, sesame, and seafood.
Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should review ingredient information carefully before ordering.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled before the weekly order cut-off time. After the cut-off time, changes may not be possible as ingredients may already be purchased or meals prepared.
Refund Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the problem.
Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing
Prices listed on our website may change from time to time. The price confirmed at checkout is the final price for that order.

Due to the nature of fresh meal preparation, some meals may be prepared in advance prior to delivery. Once preparation has begun, orders may no longer be modified or cancelled.
