Fresh meals delivered across Sydney every week. Simply order before the weekly cut-off and we’ll handle the rest.

Delivery Days

Lunches by Lily offers two delivery days each week to keep your meals fresh and convenient.

Each meal on the menu is assigned to a specific delivery day. When ordering, please check which delivery day your meals are scheduled for.

Meals are delivered chilled and ready to refrigerate.

Split Delivery Orders

If your order contains meals scheduled across both delivery days, a $6 split delivery fee will apply.

This covers the additional delivery required to bring your meals on separate days.

If all meals in your order are scheduled for the same delivery day, the split delivery fee will not apply.

Delivery Areas

Delivery is available across selected Sydney suburbs.

Delivery fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. However if it doesn't, please refer to this list to find your correct delivery zone. 

Example delivery zones:

• Pickup at Auburn - FREE

• Inner Zone – $12

Includes radius up to 6 km from Auburn 2144.

• Mid Zone – $15

Includes radius up to 6-12 km from Auburn 2144.
• Outer Zone – $20

Includes radius up to 12-18 km from Auburn 2144.

• Far Zone – $25

Includes radius up to 18 km+ from Auburn 2144.

Some outer suburbs may require a minimum order or may only be serviced on selected delivery runs.

Delivery Process

On delivery day, meals will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, meals may be left in a safe place if requested.

Meals are delivered fresh and chilled, and should be placed in the refrigerator as soon as possible.

Storage After Delivery

Once delivery has been completed, customers are responsible for properly storing their meals.

For best quality, meals should be kept refrigerated and consumed within the recommended timeframe listed on the packaging.

Delivery Notifications

Customers may receive a message on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery window.

Delivery times may vary depending on route scheduling and traffic conditions.
