Due to the perishable nature of our products, Lunches by Lily does not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the problem. We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds will not be provided for:
• change of mind
• incorrect storage after delivery
• meals consumed after the recommended consumption date

Delivery Liability

If a customer requests that meals be left unattended at the delivery address, Lunches by Lily cannot guarantee the temperature or condition of the meals after delivery. Customers accept responsibility for proper storage once the delivery has been completed.
